PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently absorb the vibration of a water tank without causing the enlargement of the whole of a machine, under the condition that a duct connecting the water tank with a heat exchanger has to be provided at a position off from a space for disposition of a mechanism in the lower part outside the water tank. SOLUTION: An exhaust port 32 is formed in the peripheral lateral part of the lower part of the water tank 2 and the exhaust port 32 and the heat exchanger 14 are connected by the connecting duct 33 having a fellows flexible part 33a which can be extended and contracted longitudinally. The duct 33 is small in a dimension in the lateral direction. Therefore, even under the condition that the duct 33 has to be provided at a position off from the space for disposition of the mechanism such as a motor 31 in the lower part outside the water tank 2, the connecting duct 33 having the fellows flexible part 33a long enough for sufficiently absorbing the vibration of the water tank 2 can be disposed between the water tank and the heat exchanger without jutting an outer box 1 outward.
