PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a readily producible curable composition having good reactivity, good storage stability, low viscosity and excellent operating efficiency, a cured product obtained by curing the composition and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The curable composition is obtained by carrying out a partial hydrosilylation reaction of an organic compound (A) containing at least one monovalent group represented by general formula (I) (wherein, R<SP>1</SP>denotes a hydrogen atom or a methyl group) or/and at least one bivalent group represented by formula in one molecule and at least one bivalent group represented by formula and having reactivity with SiH groups in one molecule with a compound (B) containing at least the 2 SiH groups in one molecule in the presence of a hydrosilylation catalyst (C).
