PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for perming dyed hair that can firmly wave the hair dyed with an oxidative dye (colored hair), (or can straighten naturally curly hair) and can remarkably restrain the colored hair from discoloring. SOLUTION: The agent for perming the dyed hair comprises a first agent containing a reducing agent comprising 2-thiolactic acid, 3-thiolactic acid or a salt thereof, and one or two or more combinations selected from polyols, sugar alcohols and sugars (excluding reducing monosaccharides), and a second agent containing an oxidizing agent. The polyols, the sugar alcohols and the sugars (excluding reducing monosaccharides) of which the molecular weight is in a range from 75 to 4,000 are compounded in a range of 8 to 50% by mass to the first agent.
