PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricating oil inspecting device wherein a sensor for detecting lubricating oil is provided to prevent a defective from flowing into an assembly line and a part is not provided in the assembly line if the lubricating oil is not detected. SOLUTION: In an assembly process injecting lubricating oil into a transmission case, then moving and supplying to the following process after injection, an inspection tool for preventing a lubricating oil injection failure is provided, the inspection tool is provided with a lubricating oil detection sensor, a stopper preventing moving and supplying of the transmission case which is an assembly on an assembly line is disposed so that the stopper is released by a signal that the lubricating oil is detected by the detection sensor of the inspection tool, and the transmission case can be moved and supplied the following process after lubricating oil detection. Moreover, the transmission case moves by a prescribed distance after lubricating oil detection to be perceived by a movement detection sensor disposed on the assembly line to activate the stopper to prevent the transmission case from being moved and supplied to the following process before lubricating oil detection.
