PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for car washing, in which recycled water generat ed from waste water of a car washing machine is used, capable of keeping piping and a brush of the car washing machine, the inside of the car washing machine and dirt floor away from smudges and preventing generation of moss, mold, microorganisms and the like. SOLUTION: The recycled water A generated by recycling waste water (a) used for car washing is provided to wash-water arches 12, 14 and detergent arches 13, 16 and tap water B to be used for car washing for the first time or the recycled water A is provided to coating agent arches 15, 17 to perform car washing. The tap water B is provided to all arches from 12 to 17 while the equipment is cleaned. Use of recycled water improves economical efficiency in car washing. It is thus possible to wash away smudges of detergent, coating agent and the like adhering to inside of the piping, the arches, the dirt floor or the like and keep them from smudges and remove a very small amount of developing elements such as moss, mold, and microorganisms included in recycled water or the like by equipment cleaning using tap water.
