PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact wheelchair washing device with a simple configuration by which dirt adhering onto the outer peripheral surfaces of the wheels of a wheelchair is reliably rubbed off, and water adhered onto the wheels by washing are wiped off. SOLUTION: The device includes: a first roller 1 to be rotated by driving; a water tub 2 for soaking a part of the first roller; a second roller 3 which is arranged in parallel with the first roller 1 to support the wheel A of the wheelchair together with the first roller 1. Water-absorbing materials 11 are fitted onto the outer peripheral surface of the second roller 3. Multiple projections 6 whose tips respectively abut onto the outer peripheral surface of the wheel are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the first roller, and brushes 7 are planted which are projected from the tip of each projection 6 between the projections 6.
