PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve feelings in its use and comfort of a tongue cleaner. SOLUTION: A head (2) is refracted approximately at 45°in a lengthwise direction of an arm (4), an incidental angle of a scratch edge (21) onto a virtual plane (5) unequivocally determined from a belly point (31) of a grip (3) and the scratch edge (21) is formed approximately at 45°with respect to the virtual plane (5), the relevant head (2) is curved, and the scratch edge (21) is formed horizontally to the virtual plane (5). The relevant head (2) can be also arcuately curved along with a spherical surface having a diameter of 14 cm. The arm (4) and the grip (3) are provided with through holes in the lengthwise direction of the arm (4), the head (2) has a fan-shaped through hole (23) composed of a fan-shaped opening (231) opened on a terminal portion of the lower surface while being refracted and extended approximately at 45°in the lengthwise direction of the arm (4), and further, a smaller communicating openings (24) can be provided on the lateral sides of left and right terminal portions of the opening as well.
