PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating toilet seat device that uniformly, quickly and efficiently heats the surface of a toilet seat. SOLUTION: The heating toilet seat device is composed of a fan 6a sending air, a warm air heater 8a arranged in an air duct 10a to heat air sent by the fan 6a into warm air, a control section 11a controlling the revolution of the fan 6a and the calorific value of the warm air heater 8a, a body case 5a storing the fan 6a, the warm air heater 8a and the control section 11a, blast nozzles 7a and 7b arranged on the front side face of the body case 5a and communicating with the air duct 10a, a toilet seat 2a arranged forward of the body case 5a and hollowed in the interior, and warms the toilet seat 2a by alternately sending a first warm air, the temperature of which is higher than a target temperature and a second warm air, the temperature of which is lower than the first warm air from the blast nozzles 7a and 7b.
