PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting pipe which can be simply set in the inside and outside reclining devices of a both-side lock, in which a part of absorbing the assembling error of the inside and outside reclining devices can be improved, and which can be simply welded to one shaft of the inside and outside reclining devices. SOLUTION: In a predetermined pipe, one side is formed in an insertion port 11 having several face widths, other side is collapsed and bent at a right angle to a combining flange 12, and a rotatable shaft hole 13 is made in the combining flange 12 and further is collapsed in a circular form on a shaft welding face 14 with being adjacent to the bending place of the combining flange 12 and in a state of fitting to the shaft hole 13.
