PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container formed by co-injection stretching blow forming, which has excellent gas barrier property, transparency, and delamination resistance. SOLUTION: The container formed by co-injection stretching blow forming has a layer composed of modified ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (C) containing the following structural unit (I) of 0.3 to 40 mol% and ethylene of 5 to 55 mol%, and a layer composed of thermoplastic resin (D) other than (C). In the structural unit (I), R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>, and R<SP>4</SP>represent a hydrogen atom, an aliphatic hydrocarbon group of 1 to 10 carbon atoms, an alicyclic hydrocarbon group of 3 to 10 carbon atoms, and an aromatic hydrocarbon group of 6 to 10 carbon atoms, respectively. R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>, and R<SP>4</SP>may be either the same group or a different group. R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>may be combined.
