PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bands for preventing the drop-out of mouthpieces capable of preventing the drop-out of the mouthpieces, and mouthpieces, and an orthodontic appliance including these. SOLUTION: The orthodontic appliance 1 includes a pair of the bands 3 and 4 for preventing the drop-out of the mouthpieces which are respectively mounted on molar teeth M1 and M2 and the mouthpieces 5 which cover the bands 3 and 4 and are mounted on the teeth 2. The bands 3 and 4 include annular bodies 11 and 11a which are mounted on the peripheral surfaces 10 and 10a of the molar teeth M1 and M2 and projecting parts 13, 14, 13a, and 14a which are disposed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the annular bodies 11 and 11a and are made to engage the mouthpieces 5 mounted on the molar teeth M1 and M2.
