FIELD: organic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for preparing N- substituted 14-hydroxymorphinane esters that are important narcotic analgetics and/or antagonistic agents antagonists of opiate receptor with prolonged effect. Invention describes method for preparing N-substituted 14- hydroxymorphinane esters of the general formula, wherein R is allyl, cyclopropylmethyl; R' is taken among the group consisting of acidic residues of saturated or unsaturated carboxylic acids with 3-18 carbon atoms. Method involves interaction of the corresponding 14-hydroxymorphinane with acylating agent taken among the group consisting of chloroanhydrides of saturated or unsaturated carboxylic acids with 3-18 carbon atoms in organic solvent medium in the presence of alkaline metal carbonate or hydrocarbonate as hydrogen halide acceptor. Method involves interaction of 10-35% an aqueous solution of N-substituted 14-hydroxymorphinane and reaction is carried out in medium of chlorine-containing aliphatic hydrocarbon no mixing with water in the presence of an aqueous solution of hydrogen halide as acceptor.
