FIELD: production of welded tubes, namely of electrically welded straight-seam large-diameter tubes of finite length. SUBSTANCE: mill includes receiving roller table; orienting apparatus; chain type pusher; welding equipment and outlet roller table. Welding equipment is in the form of successively arranged inlet and welding stands mounted symmetrically relative to lengthwise axis of mill on plate-type foundation by means of cylindrical pins, springs, measurement gaskets and wedges for which through grooves in cylindrical pins are provided and welding apparatus. Supporting rollers and (arranged in pairs at each side of stand) mechanisms for moving stands in vertical plane with possibility of placing them in different levels are mounted on said plate type foundation. In welding stand in addition central lateral roller cartridges are mounted. On body of said cartridges in zone of welding joint, slides with rollers and with mechanisms for their motion are mounted in guides.
