FIELD: radio communication systems; dynamic allocation of transmission resources. SUBSTANCE: system uses status flag of ascending communication line transferred over descending line and is alternating with data for planning traffic over ascending communication line for one or more mobile users of same physical channel. Flag reading changes and is determined in signaling control system when establishing burst transmission. Flag informs mobile station that one or more sequential radio blocks are reserved for transmission over ascending communication line. Mobile station should not receive flag during remaining period determined by number of planned radio blocks.
