DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURE OF TWO-LAYER CERAMIC BRICK OF SEMIDRY PRESSING

FIELD: manufacture of building materials; manufacture of two-layer face brick of semidry pressing. SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes pressing mechanism and charging units. Pressing mechanism has two toggle pressing sections provided with charging and pushing mechanisms with guide and hydraulic cylinder for motion of carriage from first pressing section to second pressing section and mechanism of transversal delivery of carriage with drive hydraulic cylinder. Mounted on carriage are pneumatic grip and orienting unit which is provided with plates whose shape and sizes correspond to face layer for vertical motion in mounting and removing second pressing section of finished brick by means of two pneumatic chambers.
