PURPOSE: A roll cleaner adhesive tape for removing dirt and manufacturing method thereof is provided to improve adhesive efficiency and to keep the adhesion of the adhesive tape for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a roll cleaner adhesive tape for removing dirt comprises the steps of: attaching polyethylene resin(9) to vellum paper(8); coating the top surface of the polyethylene resin with micro wax(10); and coating the bottom surface of the polyethylene resin with water emulsion adhesive.
