FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with hormonal composition of systemic action for local application to correct deficiency of progestogens in women in preclimacteric period and for hormonotherapy in women at climacteric period. It contains, as active substance, synthetic progestogen, derivative of 19- norprogesterone, carrier to conduct systemic passage of active substance mentioned chosen out of the group including solubilizing agent, promoter of absorption, film- forming agent, gelating preparation or their mixtures either combined or mixed with appropriate excipients to obtain pharmaceutical form, such gel and/or film.
