METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF PARTS FROM COMPOSITE MATERIALS

FIELD: manufacture of parts from composite materials, such as shells of revolution for load-bearing structures. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes circular winding of carbon tape impregnated preliminarily with thermosetting binder on mandrel, hardening in hydraulic chamber under action of temperature and pressure and mechanical treatment for obtaining required size. First, carbon tape of woven saturated with pyrocarbon structure is wound, after which carbon tape of tricot structure is wound on first tape. In winding the carbon tape of tricot structure specific tension is created exceeding specific tension in winding carbon tape of woven structure by 1.5-3 times. EFFECT: reduced consumption of labor; improved quality of parts due to smoothing curvature of internal layers. 3 dwg
