FIELD: chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: method for preparing coagulating agent involves decomposition of aluminum hydroxide an aqueous suspension with sulfuric acid in reactor at temperature 110-120 C to prepare 15-17% by Al2O3 of aluminum sulfate melt. Prepared 15-17% by Al2O3 aluminum sulfate melt is diluted with water before discharge to intermediate concentration 13-13.5% by Al2O3 and transported at positive condition for the next dilution in tank for preparing solution to final concentration 7-7.5% by Al2O3. Invention allows improving conditions for transport of coagulating agent. EFFECT: improved preparing method. |
