METHOD OF REMOVAL OF BEERSTONE AND DEVICE FOR REALIZATION OF THIS METHOD

FIELD: brewing industry. SUBSTANCE: composition for removal of beerstone contains 100-% nitric acid, iron trichloride hexahydrate and water. Metal surface is treated by said composition and sediments are removed by washing-off at temperature of 0-75 C to complete dissolving of stone, after which treatment with water is performed. Washing-off process is performed by immersion method at velocity of jet escaping from injector from 75 to 250 m/s. Working solution may be used repeatedly. EFFECT: complete removal of beerstone from aluminum and other non-corroding surfaces; enhanced economical efficiency. 4 cl
