PURPOSE: An on-line money collection agent system and a method therefor are provided to withdraw money from a plurality of payer accounts and transfer the collected money to an account designated by a money collection institute. CONSTITUTION: A client information DB(250) stores information of clients according to money collection institutes. A collected money detail DB(260) stores items of collected money of the clients. A client management unit(210) receives a client information list, a list of applying for money collection, and a collected amount list from the money collection institutes, and stores the lists in the client information DB(250) and the collected money detail DB(260). An account transfer unit(220) inquires accounts of the clients to a bank server. The account transfer unit(220) requests collectively process money collection application and the account transfer to the bank server. The account transfer unit(220) receives the processed result of the account transfer, and notifies the received result to the money collection institute.
