PROCESS OF CLASSIFYING PROTEOMIC PATTERNS IN MULTIPLE PRINCIPAL COMPONENT ANALYSIS SPACE

PURPOSE: A process is provided to allow for an early diagnosis of cancer by achieving improved accuracy of classification of proteomic patterns. CONSTITUTION: A process comprises a step of separating a serum from a blood; a step of forming a two-dimensional gel from the separated serum through a two-dimensional electrophoresis method; a step of coloring the two-dimensional gel so as to measure the mass of protein; a step of selecting the principal protein from the colored gel; and a step of classifying the proteomic patterns consisting of the selected protein.
