The invention relates to a method for authenticating and/or authorising a person in order to prove an order of goods and/or services made by a person. According to the inventive method, when the person makes the order, the allocated data containing a call number of a telecommunication connection associated with the person, and the goods and/or services required by the person, is recorded; the call number recorded is dialled to obtain a telecommunication connection; and a bi-directional communication is protocolled by means of the telecommunication connection as proof of the order. During said communication with the person, a numeric, alphabetic or alphanumeric code which is inputted by the person during the order or transmitted by the person during the order is requested, and is compared with the code previously inputted by the person or transmitted to the person. If the two codes tally, the order is accepted. |
