PURPOSE: A double link type air balancer is provided to improve the stability and accuracy of working by freely carrying heavy objects by simple adjustment. CONSTITUTION: A couple of side plates(110) have a vertical guide hole(111) and a horizontal guide hole(112), respectively, and are coupled at intervals from each other. A couple of horizontal arms(120) are connected to a second horizontal arm shaft(122) and a third horizontal arm shaft(123), respectively. A weight(130) is connected to the horizontal arms. A couple of parallel arms(140) are installed parallel to the horizontal arms, and are connected to a first parallel arm shaft(141) and a second parallel arm shaft(142). A lift bracket(150) is connected to the second horizontal arm shaft and a lift shaft(151). A horizontal rod(160) is installed parallel to the parallel arms, and has a horizontal rod shaft. A link plate(170) is connected to the horizontal rod shaft, and has a link plate shaft. An end supporter(180) is connected to the link plate shaft. A vertical rod(190) is coupled with the bottom of the end supporter. An air cylinder(200) is coupled with one side of the side plate, and has a cylinder rod connected to the lift shaft. A couple of links(210) are connected to the second parallel arm shaft and the third horizontal arm shaft. A couple of vertical arms are connected to the first parallel arm shaft. A housing(240) is coupled with the bottom of the side plate and has a bearing. A pin(250) is attached to the bottom of the side plate, and is inserted into the bearing. A stand(260) is coupled with the bottom of the housing. |
