PURPOSE: An ergonomic life jacket is provided to stably support the protruding parts of a body and to improve wearing comfort by forming a concave part and an elastic inner skin. CONSTITUTION: An ergonomic life jacket is composed of a back plate having a buoyant member, a breast plate having a buoyant member and facing the back plate, a molding part(122) having a concave shape corresponding to the body of a user, and an elastic inner skin made of elastic woven fabrics. The elastic inner skin is interposed between the molding part and the body of the user.
