<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that the food material is inserted in the gap between the static agitator and the inner face of the pipeline and local over-heating occurs in the electric heating device, which continuously heats by agitating using a static agitator the fluid food material having high viscosity such as mayonnaise while continuously passing and transferring it in the pipeline. <P>SOLUTION: A ring-shape electrode body of which inner diameter is smaller than the inner diameter of the pipeline is provided at two or more portions in the longitudinal direction of the pipeline, and a static agitator which gives an agitating force by changing the flowing direction of the fluid food material in static state is arranged along the axis direction between each electrode in the pipeline, and the outer diameter of the static agitator is made smaller than the inner diameter of the pipeline. On the other hand, a taper face for receiving the downstream side top end of the static agitator is formed at the side edge on the upstream side of the inside protrusion of each electrode body, and an insertion engagement part, in which the upstream side top end of the static agitator is inserted capable of movement in the axis direction, is formed at the downstream side portion of the inside protrusion of each electrode body. The static agitator is pushed down by the flow of the fluid food material and the downstream side top end makes contact with the taper face of the electrode body, and thereby, keeps center position inside the pipeline. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
