<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for supporting CPU development that can reliably prevent a CPU development supporting apparatus from being destructed due to a careless mistake of an operator. <P>SOLUTION: A relay 24 arranged on a board 12 of an ICE 11 side is connected so as to relay a power supply VB.
