<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain stability in an information terminal device which is always energized and handles security information to provide services. <P>SOLUTION: The information terminal device comprises a power source section 313 which is always energized; an information processing section which processes information relating to the supply of energy such as city gas, electricity, city water and so on, and extraordinary information, that is, security information relating to the service of security; an information storing section 302 which holds and stores the information; and a restart processing section 306 which deletes the information stored in the information storing section to restart it. When the occurrence of a preliminarily fixed event is inputted, the information terminal device 2 which is always energized and receives the mediation of a user's operation can be returned to an initial starting status.
