<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To set the charge for remittance through a net bank low. <P>SOLUTION: When a customer selects the net bank 22, the customer inputs the name of the net bank, an account number, and an ID number by operating a keyboard 26a of a setter 28a and then the net bank 22 matches the account number and ID number against authentication data of the customer registered in a database of a specified bank to check whether they match the data. A server 30 when the account number and ID number match the authentication data of the customer and a managing computer 14 when authentication is OK, output fueling permission to a fueling machine 24a. When the net bank 22 is used after the fueling to a vehicle is completed, the fueling machine 24a displays a charge for transfer and a charge for Debit use on a display unit 38a.
