<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network management method and a network management system for managing a network with an independent address system of a plurality of points from a one place in a unified way and capable of managing it when addresses of management object apparatuses are in duplicate between the points. <P>SOLUTION: The network management system 1 manages an integration of a point ID for uniquely identifying points 2a, 2b and private IP addresses provided to communication apparatuses 211a,... or the like as a management apparatus address.
