PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system and a radio access method using an SDMA (space division multiple access) communication method in which interference between terminals is prevented without requiring interference wave removal processing in a radio base station device in multiplex radio communication. SOLUTION: The radio communication system is provided with the radio base station device 110 connected with a network and a radio terminal 130 that transmits/receives data with an external device on the network via the radio base station device 110, the radio base station device 110 is provided with a means 112 for transmitting the data received from the external device toward the respective directive spaces 120, for transmitting signals regarding data transmission toward the respective directive spaces 120 and for transmitting the data transmitted by the radio terminal 130 to the external device, the radio terminal 130 is provided with a means 131 for receiving the data transmitted by the radio base station device 110 and for transmitting prescribed time data to the radio base station device 110 according to reception states of the signals regarding the data transmission and the radio base station device 110 performs complete duplex communication with the radio terminal 130.
