摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable thermoelectric conversion element exhibiting high adhesion strength to an electrode. SOLUTION: The thermoelectric conversion module comprises a thermoelectric conversion element 1 having a cleavage plane 2, and electrodes 3 formed on the pair of opposite surfaces of the thermoelectric conversion element 1 wherein the angle between the surface 4 for forming the electrode 3 and the cleavage plane 2 is 45°or above, surface roughness R<SB>a</SB>of the surface 4 for forming the electrode 3 is 0.15-5μm, and the thickness of the electrode 3 is larger than the maximum surface roughness R<SB>max</SB>.
