PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the action of a thermosensitive thermal fuse for the external environment of a high-humidity/temperature or a harmful gas. SOLUTION: The thermosensitive thermal fuse comprises a cylindrical metal case 1 containing a thermosensitive pellet 3 melting at a fixed operating temperature, a first lead member 2 fixed by caulking to the edge of the metal case 1, an insulation bushing 9 mounted on the other edge opening of the metal case 1, a second lead member 10 placed through the insulation bushing 9 making the tip thereof to be a fixed contact 11, a movable contact 7 contained in the metal case 1 and electrically connected to the inner peripheral wall thereof, compression springs 6 and 8 contained in the metal case 1 exterting pushing pressure to the thermosensitive pellet 3 and movable contact member 7, pushing plates 4 and 5 giving the pushing pressure of the compression springs uniformly to the thermal pellet 3 and movable contact member 7.
