PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily find a part with the possibility that the operation order of the functions of a program causes a problem. SOLUTION: Global variables that the respective functions of the program write or read are extracted in a variable extraction part 2 and the function which writes or reads the variable is extracted in a function extraction part 3 for each variable. A processing discrimination part 4 discriminates whether the extracted function reads or writes the variable. An operation order identification part 5 identifies the operation order in the program of the extracted function. In an operation order checking part 6, the functions are related by the size according to the result of the processing discrimination part 4, comparison with an operation order result is made and the part with the possibility of causing the problem is extracted.
