PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor rotor in which a clearance is not created between a rotor core and a magnet. SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a motor rotor includes a process for preparing a green compact 23 which contains first powder 21 serving as a rotor core, and second powder 22 coming into contact with the first powder 21 and forming a magnet, and which is formed of the first powder 21 and the second powder 22 compressed and molded in contact with each other, and a process for sintering the green compact 23. The process for preparing the green compact 23 includes a process for molding a rotor core part 25 having an aperture by compressing the first powder 21, a process for charging the second powder 22 into the aperture in the rotor core part 25, and a process for preparing the green compact 23 including a magnet 26 having the rotor core part 25, and the second powder 22 by compressing the rotor core part 25 and the second powder 22.
