PURPOSE: A molding apparatus of nonferrous metal plate is provided to substantially reduce production cost by directly molding nonferrous metal melt in melting furnace in a plate shape through molding part, thereby substantially reducing mechanical installation, manpower, required time and occupied space. CONSTITUTION: The molding apparatus(1) of nonferrous metal plate(2a) comprises an inert gas supply part(100) comprising an injection pipe(110) at the lower part of which a plurality of jets(111) are installed, an injection pipe rotation means comprising motor(131) for rotating the injection pipe, and a vertical moving means comprising motor(141) and screw(142) for vertically moving the injection pipe and rotation means; a melting part(200) at the lower part of the inner part of which the jets of the inert gas supply part are installed, at a certain position of one side of which separation plate for blocking inflow of slag into the nozzle part is installed, and which is equipped with melting furnace(210) for melting ingot; a nozzle part(300) a sprue formed upper part of which is positioned at a certain position inside the melting furnace of the melting part, in which a plurality of nozzles are formed with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance to flow out nonferrous metal melt inside the melting furnace, and the lower part of which comprises inert gas injection port(331) installed between the nozzles and is exposed to the outside of the melting furnace adjacently to the mold wheel; and a molding part comprising a mold wheel(410) equipped with an outer circumference for forming core groove(412) with stepped projection having a certain depth for determining thickness of molded plate being formed at both sides of width of the mold wheel so that the melt flown out from the nozzles of the nozzle part is molded in a plate shape, a spinning belt(430) a width of which is at least larger than width of the outer circumference to press the mold wheel with the spinning belt being closely adhered to a certain section of the outer circumference of the mold wheel, and which is equipped with cooling means(437), a driving means of the mold wheel, a mold wheel cooling means for cooling the mold wheel, and a supporting means(490) for supporting driving of the mold wheel.
