<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction system, terminal equipment, terminal, transaction method, transaction program and a computer-readable recording medium in which the transaction program is recorded, realizing the safe transaction of an object to be sold without introducing any exclusive output system for the object to be sold. <P>SOLUTION: This transaction system is provided with a server 102 and a digital copying machine 105 connected to each other through a network 101, and authentication information transmitted by the server 102 is authenticated by the digital copying machine 105, and authentication information transmitted from the digital copying machine 105 is authenticated by the server 102.
