<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network device control device which controls a network device by using network management software produced with a program independent of the kind of device, and also provide a network device control method and a program for realizing the control method. <P>SOLUTION: After the setting of a device on a network is changed, whether remote resetting is possible is judged (Step S4 to S6).
