<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment in which diagnostics for a variety of equipment scattered at various places in a plant can be managed and carried out in a controlled manner. <P>SOLUTION: An equipment diagnostic device is provided with a database server which collects diagnostic data of a plurality of equipment to which different kinds of diagnostic software are applied and manages them in a centralized manner, a diagnostic execution part to execute the diagnostic software based on the diagnostic data, and a man-machine interface to communicate with the database server part and the diagnostic execution part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
