PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus operation management system for coping with positional change of a bus stop. SOLUTION: A center device 1 is provided with a storage means for updatably storing data about the bus stop, a bus position detection means for detecting a running position of a bus, a to-bus transmission means for transmitting bus operation data on the basis of the bus stop data stored in the storage means to a bus terminal 8 and a to-bus stop transmission means for transmitting bus approach data based on the running position of the bus, which is detected by the bus position detection means to a bus stop terminal 5, the bus terminal 8 is provided with a bus stop notification means for notifying the bus stop on the basis of the bus operation data which is transmitted from the to-bus transmission means and the bus stop terminal 5 is provided with a bus approach notification means for notifying approach of the bus on the basis of the bus approach data which is transmitted from the to-bus stop transmission means.
