PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating roller device varying the temperature distribution in the axial direction of a heating roller, and to provide a fixing device provided therewith and an image formation device. SOLUTION: This induction heating roller device is provided with the heating roller HR magnetically connected to first and second induction coils IC1 and IC2 and heated by an induction current, the first and second induction coils IC1 and IC2 distributedly disposed in the axial direction of the heating roller HR, a frequency variable high frequency power supply HFS feeding a high frequency power to the induction coils, and first and second filter means F1 and F2 interposed between the frequency variable high frequency power supply HFS and the first and the second induction coils IC1 and IC2, selectively responding to the frequency, and controlling the passing high frequency power. The output frequency of the frequency variable high frequency power supply HFS is changed to make it a passing band for the first or the second filter means F1 or F2 so as to desirably select the induction coil IC1 or IC2.
