PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual vehicle monitor device which eliminates the need to nearly install a TV camera, etc., and grasps travel states of individual vehicles by using data of an existent vehicle sensor. SOLUTION: According to signals from a plurality of vehicle sensors 1 provided in the vehicle traveling direction of a road, the number and speeds of vehicles passing the installation points of the respective vehicle sensors 1 are totaled in every totaling cycle. Based upon the totaled information, the passing time and passing speed of each vehicle are set. The position and speed of each vehicle are estimated from the installation positions of the respective vehicle sensors and the set passing time and passing speed. The vehicles detected by the plurality of vehicle sensors are specified and data regarding overlapping vehicles are deleted.
