Two-component sealant product comprising a component A comprising a polymerizable and crosslinkable resin and a mineral filler and a component B comprising a hardener includes a fibrous filler in both components A and B. Independent claims are also included for: (1) sealing a metal part in a wood or concrete building element or masonry wall by forming a housing with dimensions 4-30 mm greater than those of the portion of the metal part to be sealed, placing the metal part in the housing and filling the housing with the above sealant by injection under a pressure of 1-4 bar immediately after mixing components A and B; (2) device for carrying out the above sealing method, comprising a hollow metal fixing pin consisting of an embedded portion with a structured surface and an emergent portion with an exterior thread.
