PURPOSE: A system for collecting a telephone voice through a web network and a method therefor are provided so that a plurality of voices can be precisely recorded regardless of time and place, by automatically collecting the voices registered through a computer terminal and telephone. CONSTITUTION: A web screen control unit(102) controls a voice collecting web screen(105). When a user accesses a system(101) for collecting a telephone voice and selects the voice collecting web screen(105) through a computer terminal, the system(101) displays the voice collecting web screen(105) by using the web screen control unit(102). A voice collecting module(103) collects voice data of the user transmitted through a telephone network, filters the voice data according to a previously-set voice collecting scenario, and classifies the filtered voice data according to regions and gender. A telephone interface unit(104) performs call access to a telephone(106) of the user and processes network interface. Here, the telephone interface unit(104) includes a telephone network interface unit and a data conversion unit. When the user demands telephone connection, the system(101) attempts call access to the telephone(106) of the user through the telephone interface unit(104), receives voice data through a connected telephone channel, and stores and processes the received voice data.
