PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing a head up phenomenon of golf is provided to enable a user to perform an accurate impact by virtue of a natural swing posture, thus maximizing a specific distance and preventing slice or hook of a golf ball. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus(1) for preventing a head up phenomenon of golf comprises a sensor(12) for detecting an impact time point that a head of a golf club hits a golf ball; and a flash(20) electrically connected to the sensor for exploding a flash of light in order to light up an impact position according to detecting signals of the sensor. The sensor is selected among a sound sensor and infrared or other sensors.
