PURPOSE: A transmission panel for a vehicle is provided to reinforce the durability of a blind member combined to the inside of a shroud panel, prevent the forming of a step in a combining portion or a guide hole, prevent foreign materials from coming into a transmission, and effectively cut off delivery of noise produced from the transmission. CONSTITUTION: A transmission panel for a vehicle comprises a shroud panel(10), a blind member(20), and a guide plate(30). In the shroud panel, a through hole, through which a handle shaft passes, is formed in the front and a guide hole(14), guiding a gearshift lever up and down, is bored in the side. Plural combining projections(15) are formed to the inner periphery of the guide hole. In the blind member, a guide hole(21) is formed to guide the gearshift lever to each range of a gear and combining holes(22) combined to the combining holes are formed. The guide plate forms plural assembling holes(31) to the periphery to be fixed closely to a side of the blind member and forms a through hole(32), through which the gearshift lever passes, to the middle part.
