PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispose a line side lead wire and a row side lead wire of an organic EL (electroluminescence) display element in the opposite directions or the same one direction and to enlarge the ratio of a display part to a casing body of an information display terminal. SOLUTION: This organic EL display element is so formed that the line side electrode, an organic EL film, a row side electrode, and an insulating film are stacked on a transparent substrate. This device is characterized in that one of both-side electrode terminals disposed on the opposed both edges on the transparent substrate surface is connected to the line side electrode and the other of the both-side electrode terminals is connected to the row side electrode by the wire on the insulating film.
