摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a frequency characteristic identification method which can identify frequency characteristics more precisely. SOLUTION: A frequency characteristic identification method includes following steps: an addition step which adds a stated signal, that is, different frequency sine waves output in order or a stated signal overlapped plurality of frequencies consisting of same amplitude to a specified instruction value received by a servomotor; a control step which controls the servomotor using the addition result; a measuring step which measures feedback values from the servomotor; and a comparison and adjustment step which, comparing the amount of the features which is the value given predetermined operation and a prescribed target value beforehand, makes the amplitude of the stated signal fluctuate so that the amount of features and the target value become closely when the amount of features does not exist within a certain range, and it is judged that the sufficient frequency characteristic is obtained when the amount of the features exists within a certain range.
