<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver with an antenna self-check function for discriminating a state of an antenna connected with the receiver so as not to become hindrance of airwaves, etc. <P>SOLUTION: In the receiver with one or a plurality of antenna input terminals and antennas, it is provided with a transmitting function of a signal for measuring weak current and an SWR (standing wave ratio) measuring function, an SWR value is measured by transmitting extremely weak radio waves to individual antennas, presence/absence of the connected antennas is judged and a user is informed of a connected states of the antennas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
