<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a new application by combining an execution control application with a picture plotting application. <P>SOLUTION: An application program execution management means 102 selects applications from an application program group 101, starts one application for execution control, and starts the other for picture plotting. Each application is provided with an execution control processing function and a plotting processing function corresponding to key notice from a key input noticing means 103, and when the application is started for execution control, a transparent picture is plotted on a picture display means 120 to set a key input notice standby status, and when the application is started for picture plotting, normal picture plotting is operated.
